Rebooking Information For Members With OPRYLAND HOTEL Reservations
- JUNE 11 UPDATE: All, we believe, of those originally holding hotel reservations at Gaylord Opryland Resort have now been contacted regarding making necessary changes. But, roughly 1,000 have not responded to the Nashville Convention & Visitors Housing Bureau, as they were instructed they had to! IF YOU HAVE NOT YET BEEN CONTACTED, or YOU'VE RECEIVED A NOTICE ON YOUR RESERVATION CHANGE AND HAVEN'T YET RESPONDED, PLEASE CALL THIS TELEPHONE NUMBER IMMEDIATELY: 1-800-657-6910. Those who don't respond by TUESDAY, JUNE 15 WILL LOSE THEIR RESERVATIONS -- AND WILL HAVE NO LODGING! Please DO NOT call Moose International; we cannot help you at this point regarding hotel accommodations in Nashville.
Here are maps of downtown Nashville hotels and Convention venues, West End hotels, and Airport area hotels:
- REGARDING HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
- If you are holding reservations at any hotel OTHER THAN Gaylord Opryland, your reservation is in force, at that same hotel; NO ACTION is required on your part.
- All rooms being re-booked to a downtown hotel will pay the same $99 per night that they would have been charged at Opryland – even though many of these properties usually command substantially more.
- If you have NOT already booked a room and wish to attend the Convention, you may still obtain a reservation by calling 630-966-2213. You MUST be registered for the Convention in order to obtain any room reservations.
